WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
German cuisine goes much deeper than bratwurst, sauerkraut, and beer! Travelling throughout the country you will find many different specialties, like wine, dumplings, or spätzle. Explore the distinct, rich culinary style of Germany just in time for Oktoberfest season! In this class you’ll learn to make the famous fresh hand-made egg noodle spätzle, how to braise meat and vegetables the German way, and understand the technical side to making a perfect pretzel twist.
