Shake the Square: Qi Gong Class!
Get out of the office and break up your work day with a stress relieving Qi Gong Class. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese form of movement meditation that is similar to Tai Chi. This mind body exercises is low impact and great for all ages and experience levels. The benefits of Qi Gong include help with stress management, physical well being, and increased concentration and productivity.
