After a stellar appearance in 2016, pianist Sarah Cahill returns to CSMA for another performance of piano works by great 20th and 21st century composers. Spend an intimate evening with this star of 21st century classical music, described by the New York Times as “a sterling pianist and an intrepid illuminator of the classical avant-garde.”

The evening’s program will feature recent and rarely performed music by American composers including George Lewis (Endless Shout), Ann Southam (Glass Houses No. 7), Terry Riley (Venus in 94), Meredith Monk (St. Petersburg Waltz), Ingram Marshall (Authentic Presence), Paul Dresher (Two Entwined), and Ruth Crawford (selected Preludes).
