Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious deep relaxation. In this state of consciousness, the body is asleep but the mind is fully awake and active in the healing process. This practice can restore the proper flow of energy throughout the body and allows both the body and mind to heal themselves.
During this workshop, students will be provided with an overview of what Yoga Nidra is, a guided practice to experience the state of Yoga Nidra, and an optional experiential process discussion.
Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring your yoga mat and a pillow for your comfort while laying down for the practice. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
This Yoga Nidra and Self Healing workshop is open to all levels. No yoga experience is required.
