In this class we will be exploring the easily accessible and healing power of Qigong. Qigong is a gentle yet powerful method of transforming the body and mind through gentle movement, breathing and meditation. The practice teaches us important subtle principles of body mechanics, relaxation and how to harness our «Qi» or vital force. Qigong has been utilized by martial artists, spiritual and religious practitioners and health practitioners for centuries to enhance their abilities and maximize the physical, spiritual and mental potential of their bodies and minds. The beauty of the practice is that it is gentle and accessible for all body types. Practicing Qigong outside is maximizes the benefits! See you at the park!
