What can students expect from her classes?
Bre believes the mind, body, soul connection is a sacred one, and one that should be nurtured and inspired. With that mentality, she teaches her classes from her heart creating an uplifting, safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness. She infuses her passion for yoga in each posture, giving gentle and encouraging cues with particular emphasis on the breath, playfulness, and enjoyment of the present moment.
Bre teaches an approachable but challenging flow with an emphasis on conscious up-leveling of sequences and utilization of the breath to carry them through their practice. She encourages her students to play with their edge, while providing a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment where each individual can achieve their full potential. Her goal as a teacher is to help her students follow the path of their dharma and embrace their true nature, happiness, and inner peace regardless of external factors.
