A Breath Healing experience is unique to what you need at the time. One class you may have an immense awakening, trauma release, visions or direct guidance. Another class could serve as the rest you rarely receive; whatever you need most will come forward for you as your Highest Self is charge of your experience.

Every class is started and ended with a prayer and calling in/giving gratitude to the Angels and guardians surrounding and protecting the space. After opening prayer we lay down and begin the breath, you may feel me near you holding space, asking a question, or applying essential oils. I may speak to group as a whole and go around to assist anyone who needs. This is a active meditation, so I am only here to facilitate and hold space- Your experience is your own.

When our bodies are lack prana (breath, life force) we are caused dis-ease. When we consciously bring more life force energy into the body, we are nourishing the dark and stuck areas. The breath travels there first, and transmutes through the heart, bringing release, focus, light, and the guidance that you may need.

Breath healing is an active meditation done while laying on the back. It’s perfect if you have a hard time silencing the mind or if you are new to meditation because it gives you something to focus on while clearing the mind. You can listen to your breath and pay attention to changes in the body and find that, within 20 minutes, you have stopped thinking all together and begun experiencing. It’s normal for one to feel vibrations in the body, tightening, release, tingling and emotional sensitivity. The breath is in three parts: inhale stomach, inhale chest and exhale. The purpose is to bring light into the lower chakras, where we tend to experience energy blockage the most, transmute this energy through the heart, and release. Paired with a thoughtfully compiled playlist and a safe space, time has shown this method to be extremely effective in healing the mind and the body.
